Gmail Reply Router

What it does

Apollo remains the only outreach sender. After an approved message is sent, PhotoOS records a narrow, hashed reference to that exact outreach. The router reads Gmail history and message metadata to bind the sent message to its real Gmail thread. When a new incoming message belongs to that tracked thread, the router can copy it to whs9964@nyu.edu.

Gmail read-only is used to identify the Liam account, inspect Gmail history, bind exact sent threads, and verify that an incoming message is a reply rather than unrelated mail. Gmail send is used only to create the matched copy to Liam’s NYU inbox. The tool cannot delete, archive, label, or change Gmail settings.

Privacy and safety

Global forwarding stays off. Automated replies, mailing-list mail, delivery failures, and unrelated messages are rejected. Reply bodies are processed transiently and are not stored; the local audit database retains only minimal identifiers, hashes, timestamps, and routing state. A deterministic message identifier and sent-mail reconciliation prevent duplicate forwarding if a network response is uncertain. Credentials remain on Liam’s Mac, with the refresh token in macOS Keychain.

This is a personal-use application for Liam, not a public service. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train a general-purpose AI model. Read the full privacy policy, or revoke access from Google Account connections.
