Fashion Photographer in New York City
Fashion photography lives in two registers at once: the garment as it was designed, and the moment as it actually happened. I photograph both — the runway walk and the audience that surrounds it, the lookbook stillness and the backstage nerves, the clothes and the culture that gives them meaning.
My fashion work in New York spans runway and presentation coverage — including coverage of Off-White — studio and location portraits of designers and personalities, and the street and community culture around style. It sits inside a wider practice built on documentary observation and controlled lighting, which is why the images hold up as photographs, not just documentation of clothes.
